For purchases below the free shipping threshold, the applicable shipping fees will be detailed before completing your purchase.

For Handmade items, shipping will take approximately two weeks from the purchase date. This period may extend up to one month, depending on order volume and artisanal production availability.

We appreciate your understanding, as each piece is carefully crafted, respecting the time required by the handmade process.

Orders from the Bisturía line will be prepared and shipped within approximately one week from purchase confirmation.

This timeframe ensures proper handling and preparation of each order while maintaining the care and attention that define Posidonia Atelier.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Posidonia Atelier, we want every purchase to be completely satisfying. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer the following returns and exchanges policy.

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current e-commerce regulations, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To do so, you must notify us within this period by sending an email to our customer service, indicating your order number and the details of the item(s) to be returned.

Once your request is received, we will provide instructions to proceed with the return.

Return Conditions
To be accepted, returned items must:

• Be in perfect condition.

• Not have been used.

• Be sent in their original packaging.

• Include any accessories or additional items delivered.

Posidonia Atelier reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refund Policy
Posidonia Atelier does not issue cash refunds.
For accepted returns, customers will receive a store credit for the corresponding amount, which can be used on the website within one month from issuance.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Handmade Items
Custom or made-to-order pieces, being created specifically for the customer, may be excluded from the right of withdrawal according to applicable law.

Bisturía Line
Standard Bisturía items can be returned within the established period, as long as they meet the conditions described above.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Defective Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos. Once the product has been verified as defective, Posidonia Atelier will cover the return and replacement costs.

In case of any irregularity with the product, Posidonia Atelier is not responsible for its returns.
